Budgets are both a pain and a necessity without which reaching synchronized growth that properly harmonizes expenditures and revenue is impossible. Budgets are also an excellent way to focus on what can and can’t be done. After you’ve raised your round A, your budget will need to factor in when your next round will happen and what you’ll have to show for it.
